TK Tool : Reminders

  1. Employee must record his/her own time in and time out. Recording of time in and time out for another employee is strictly prohibited and shall be considered an infraction against the Company’s Code of Conduct.
  2. Employee must start working after initial time in.
  3. Ensuring completeness of time in and time out is the employee’s responsibility.
  4. Employee must ensure stable internet connection when using the timekeeping tool.
  5. Time and leave applications and approvals of leaves, OB, OT, UT, etc. shall still be done in the HR systems (HCMS or HRIS).
  6. Employee information are from HCMS. Employee has to ensure that these are updated.
    1. Employee Name
    2. Email Address
    3. Supervisor
    4. Department
    5. Department Head
  7. Ensure that device’ location is set to on 
  8. First log and last log will be reflected in the HR systems.
