TK Tool : Frequently Asked Questions

EMPLOYEE :

1. Q :  I forgot my password and my account got locked out. What should I do?
A : Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute then try logging in again. If you cannot remember your password, use the FORGOT PASSWORD option. You will then receive an email where you will get a link to reset your password.

2. Q : Tool says incorrect login. What should I do?
A : Incorrect login happens when the user entered the wrong email address and/or wrong password. If you cannot remember your password, you have an option to use the FORGOT PASSWORD feature of the Timekeeping Tool where you can reset your password.

3. Q : What is the tool's password policy?
A : The password should have a minimum of 8 characters and must be a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numeric and special characters. A password expires after 90 days. Also, a password must not be reused.
